I work alone, without a crew or subcontractors. The one exception is machine digging, which I do together with a friend who brings the excavator. That sets the limits too:
- Heavy demolition — knocking out walls, structural work
- Roofs — replacement or major repair
- Exterior rendering — outside walls and façades
I’d rather tell you upfront than take on a job that isn’t mine. For work like this you’ll find tradesmen through LocalTrades.

All quotations are estimates and represent minimum costs. Final prices are determined after a detailed inspection of the project. Material costs are not included unless stated otherwise.
